Lake to Lake Transportation’s mission is to provide safe, friendly, caring, personal and reliable transportation services to the growing underserved communities located in rural areas of northern Michigan. We intend to fill the “missing link” between rural homes and urban areas to accommodate every person who is living without the ability to drive to their non-emergent medical or personal appointments, errands and events.
With this service, we are able to bring our clients back to the most important destinations which they have been missing due to age and/or disability in a comfortable and secure environment.
Lake To Lake Transportation, LLC is a non-emergency medical transportation provider. We serve the entire northern Michigan area providing quality ambulatory, wheelchair accesible van services. Our staff specialize in services for auto accident and workers compensation clients, often at no cost to you. We provide professional, door-to-door transportation for the elderly and disabled to anywhere in the state of Michigan. We assist clients from the time of pick-up until we drop them off to make sure that they get there safely and in plenty of time. We also provide assistance for our customers after they arrive at their destination.
Each medical van is custom built to pass the American Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. They are equipped with:

Fire extinguisher
First aid kit
Heating and air conditioning unit
Cellular phone
Global positioning navigation system
Our highly trained and courteous staff are dedicated to respond with promptness, sensitivity and integrity. They are thoughtful and compassionate people who truly empathize and understand the difficulties that arise for persons with limited mobility. The Lake To Lake Transportation drivers all have a clean driving and criminal record, that is reviewed monthly.
Every vehicle also carries items they may need during their trip such as a blanket, hand sanitizer, water and snacks. We strive to make your experience with us both convenient and enjoyable.
